Somehow the sky looks even more dark and treacherous now than it did earlier with snow and freezing rain. Having said that, I would like to go for a walk. Bundled up, of course. If only Justin wasn't sick...... I wish all cars had stayed off the road today. It looked so beautiful this morning when looking out the window, and it still does, but the view has been tainted by the grey sludge that that been created on Laurel. Yuck.

All my children are sleeping, minus Judah. Which is very odd, because usually it is Elsie who doesn't sleep. Judah almost always does, especially when we play a lot during the day. And being outside in the snow this morning I was sure would make him ready for a nap. Maybe I shouldn't have given him those few sour patch kids right before putting him in bed.... how long does it usually take for a sugar crash to occur?

I'd like to start cooking more. It's easy to do (easier to do) if I plan it out well. But when I don't, time gets away from me and I lose energy/momentum quick. Speaking of energy, I could use a delicious hot cup of coffee right about now.
