The Good Days.

These are the days that I know I'll look back on in ten or fifteen years and think, "Man, those were the best years of life." And I guess it's good that I'm realizing it now. Maybe someone can remind me of this whenever I get overwhelmed with having three children, too much clutter, too many projects, not enough time, etc... ;)

That being said... there are times when I simply don't know what I'm doing. I definitely feel ill-equipped in my mothering/disciplinarian/referee duties. I had the very best example of a mother growing up (my own), but that doesn't mean I was taking notes on how she handled any and every difficult situation. Right now, my children are all playing well together in the same right, sharing and being nice. That could change at any moment. I do always cherish these times.

My goal for the next three weeks: Simplify. Three weeks. Every room. EVERY room. And, as long as there isn't a wedding that I didn't know about, I will have a significant yard sell on September 4th. I'm hoping this will change our life/home into something more peaceful and clutter-free. I'm excited.
