...true feelings? I'm really nervous about flying. I never used to be. I used to LOVE flying, to crave it. But the more I think about airplanes, the more I come to the conclusion that there is no reason that they should be able to stay in the air... Plus, Justin and I just started watching Lost. Maybe that should just encourage me that if my plane did happen to crash, I might live through it!... right?
2... What is Elsie going to grow up to become? She is my sweet, precious, loving, considerate, beautiful daughter. But 9 out of 10 (made-up statistic) girls, at least here in Greenwood, turn into these terrifying beings, once they reach about 12 years old. How in the world can you raise a child to know what is really important, what is right, and good, and pure, etc... Boys are hard to raise too, for many different reasons. But girls-- another thing all together. It's really terrifying. I see these scandalous pictures of "girls" who are only 13-14 on myspace or whatever... and I wonder if that will be Elsie one day. I don't even like to consider it. But what did these parents do wrong in raising their children? Some of these parents are wonderful, godly people-- so what happened? And how do I avoid that same mistake?.... sigh....
3... We're having another baby girl. Just found that out a few weeks ago. And we're officially the proud owners of a minivan. Aren't we just the perfect little suburban family now ;)
4... Time for auditing.

thank you! we did have a great time. cut short by a day because of frustrating flight delays, but it was still fun :)
